Accepted Payment Methods

Bella Anna Photography accepts cash, check, and debit/credit cards.

Deposit

There is a required 50% non-refundable deposit two weeks prior to your session date to secure your session date and cover initial fees. The only time the deposit may be refunded is if I am unable to attend for some reason, or there are uncontrollable medical issues. Once the deposit is received your session date will be final.

Contracts

A signed model release and a signed copyright agreement is required for each person being photographed. The forms will be provided by Bella Anna Photography.

How You Will Receive Your Photos

Once your photos are done you will receive an email with the link to your online photo gallery and a download pin. There is the option to receive a gallery app in addition to the online photo gallery but that is an additional $15.

Photo Usage

You have the full rights to download and use the photos at your leisure. Some usage exceptions: you may not print my photographs unless it is done through my website, businesses can not use my photos for any sort of advertisements unless a usage agreement is signed by myself and the business, and you may not make your own personal edits to the photos. If you want the photos edited differently, please contact Bella Anna Photography and I will make the changes for you with no additional charge. Other issues regarding copyright will be further clarified within the copyright agreement.
