Accepted Payment Methods

Bella Anna Photography accepts Venmo (@bellaanna_photog), cash, check, and debit/credit cards.

Deposit

There is a required 50% non-refundable deposit two weeks prior to your session date to secure your session date and cover initial fees. The only time the deposit may be refunded is if I am unable to attend for some reason, or there are uncontrollable medical or weather issues preventing a session. Once the deposit is received your session date will be final.

Contracts

A signed model release and a signed copyright agreement is required for each person being photographed. The forms will be provided by Bella Anna Photography. Additional contracts may be required such as a price quote or payment plan agreement.

How You Will Receive Your Photos

Once your photos are done you will receive an email with the link to your online photo gallery and a download pin. There is the option to receive a gallery app in addition to the online photo gallery at an additional $15 fee.

Photo Usage

You have the full rights to download, print, and use the photos at your leisure. Each online gallery has photo printing options. This printing option further supports my business through high quality photo labs. This is not required and you are able to print from wherever you would like but it is preferred. Some usage exceptions: businesses can not use my photos for any sort of advertisements unless a usage agreement is signed by myself and the business, my photos may not be submitted to magazines or publications of any type without my prior approval, and you may not make your own personal edits to the photos. If you want the photos edited differently, please contact Bella Anna Photography and I will make the changes for you with no additional charge. Other issues regarding copyright will be further clarified within the copyright agreement.
